stupid cow is screwing me

I bought a phone off this woman from wyong.
Her name is Michelle Collison.

And here is the story.

last week i've been looking at phones on ebay. I want nokia's E65.
Going thru the listing i came across a secondhand phone going for $400.

It didn't have the box and the auction said it was due to moving houses.

fair enough, read it and forgot it.

I messaged the selling Ms. Michelle Collison, saying

"hey i don't think you are gonna get that much money for your phone. I'm
willing to pay $250. let me know."

an our or so later i got a reply saying that $300 is about as low as
she'll go.

after a few emails later asking about the conditions of the phone, she
said the box was lost in the floods.
this didn't register with me until some time later but i didn't think
more of it. I told her if she couldnt find a buyer
to keep me in mind.

so on friday 22st June, she wrote an email saying

hi

yes i will take 250 plus postage for it which is 15 for over night services.

so i transfered her the money that day and then emailed her that night
whether she got it. she replied

Hi

Yes i recieved the payment today and i will send your phone of monday morning for over night service...

great, very excited, waited saturday and sunday and monday and finally
tuesday comes along. Wake up at 8 and started waiting. and waiting. and
waiting. starting to think what the hell. where's my freaking phone.

so i go back to ebay to check out her account. and i see that she also
sold the phone to someone else and that someone didn't get the phone and
made a complaint.

Now i start getting worried that shes gonna rip me off. i start writing
her emails asking where my phone was.

No reponse

wednesday comes along, still nothing, write another email, no response.

since i have her name i went on whitepages.com and there she was.
Michelle Collison from wyong. Got her phone number AND her address.

well atleast i know where to burn her house down i don't get my phone.

anyway, got my friend to call her as my "solicitor", not sure what they
said, but she replied my emails.

so i get this wednesday.

Waited thursday, waited, and waited even more and nothing. Starting to
get pissed. stupid cow is lying.

So friday (today) i woke up and called her myself. i asked if she's
posted it and she replied

"yeah, i sent you an email saying i posted it,"

"well it didn't arrive" i said

"i'll go check with the post office"

"ok thanks" and i hung up

umm ok, so i heard it myself, she did post it. Where the fuck is it.
maybe the posties were just late.
so i wait and wait and it's 5pm now. And still no phone.

Now i'm cold and pissed and i have a headache.

If i don't get my phone monday i'm gonna ask for my money back, and if i
dont i'm going to the police.

stupid cow thinks she can get away with my money? not likely.
