Idiots at optus

Optus decided to outsource their tech support to india.

My internet has been cutting out for a month now so i emailed them and
they told me it's probably something wrong with my modem and that i
should call them and schedual for a technician to come and take a look.

So i call them today. The automated system told me it would take 10
minuets for someone to answer. It took them an hour.

Fine, fair enough, they're stupid and need lots of time to answer question.

So i get this guy and i told him the diagnosis in the email, and he
started going on about my router and how they don't support my router.

I know they don't support it but it has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY FUCKING
ROUTER.

I told him it didn't have anything to do with my router and it's the modem.

He kept on going on about how they don't support my router.

So i told him, i don't care. I want someone to come to my house and look
at my router.

He still goes on about how they don't support my router.

I was on the brink of yelling but i realised there is no point in
wasting my time with him any longer and hung up

There is a reason that god made indian guys ugly. And there is a reason
god made them smell.

Natural selection.

Hopefully nature will take it's course and indian guys would all die
off. and then the rest of the world won't have to worry about tech
company's outsourcing to india.
